What we collect

Today Scooutly is not live and has no paying customers. The only personal data we collect is the email address you submit to the early-access list, and anything you write in the contact form (name, email, message).

Why we collect it

To tell you when the product launches and when early-access places open, and to reply to your message. We do not send anything else and we do not sell or share your address with third parties.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it, or until the early-access list is closed and the launch announcement has been sent. You can request deletion at any time through the contact form.

Cookies

We store one cookie for your language choice (scooutly_locale) and one session flag for the sample-account notice. Neither is used for advertising and neither is shared.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read, and Microsoft Clarity to see where visitors get stuck. Both set their own cookies and both receive your IP address, which they use to derive an approximate location. Clarity also records anonymised session replays of how the page was used; text you type into form fields is masked and is not recorded. We use this only to improve the site — we do not use it for advertising and we do not sell it. If you block these tools with a browser setting or extension, the site works exactly the same.

When the product goes live

Once the product is running, it will crawl publicly available pages of the sites you add and store the results in your account. That data belongs to you and is deleted when you delete your account. This page will be updated before that happens.

KVKK notice (Türkiye)

Under Law no. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, the data controller is Scooutly. Your email address is processed on the basis of explicit consent, for the sole purpose of the launch announcement. You may exercise your rights under Article 11 — to learn whether your data is processed, to request correction or erasure — via the contact form.
